SHIPPING:

We ship all products from our warehouse located in Orange County, California. Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or US nationally observed holidays. 

RETURNS:

All Cosmetics/hair removal/masks/facial devices: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds/returns on these items due to COVID. 

OTHER PRODUCT ISSUES

Item not working properly or arrived damaged? No problem! Please contact us at Info@JelliezBeauty.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit. 

International customers (outside of USA or Canada)
International customers (outside of USA or Canada) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
